Cupcakes
1. Preheat oven at 170 ° C. Use paper molds for a 12 portion tray.

INGREDIENTS

3 packs flavorless jello.
1 cup cold water.
1 1/2 cups (340 g) grained sugar.
1 cup corn sirup

1/4 cup glazed sugar
1/4 cup corn flour
Oil spray

preparation

Powder
1. Mix the powdered sugar, corn flour and 15g (4 tea spoonfuls) of murta or cranberry powder , 100% organic “Nativ for Life”

Marshmellow
1. Place the jello in a bowl with ½ cup of water.
2. Mix in a pot ½ a cup of water, sugar, corn siroup and salt. Cook at a medium-high temperature for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Uncover the pot, continiue cooking until the mix temperature reaches 129º C and then remove it from the fire.
4. Pour and stir the sugar siroup for 12 minutes until the mix becomes thick. Add 4 tea spoonfuls of Batir y verter el jarabe de azúcar por 12 min hasta que la mezcla se vuelva gruesa. INGREDIENTS

400 g apple pure
2 spoonfuls maqui powder , 100% organic “Nativ for Life”
2 bananas
10 strawberries
2 Lemons
1/4 cup Agave nectar

preparation

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mix is soft
2. Add more agave nectar or lemon juice if needed
3. Place the mix in a container and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours until it is nearly frozen.
4. Remove from the freezer and stir.
5. Place back in the freezer for 4 hours.

2 egg whites
